Business hours
ARRI Media is open from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Saturday. However, in an emergency, personnel are available out of hours and can be contacted on either the camera department mobile: 07980 287730, or grip department mobile: 07977 512616.

Consumables

Couriers
When sending a courier/driver to make a collection, please inform them of the name of your production and what they should be picking up.
Diary service
ARRI Media’s diary service, ARRI Crew, represents highly skilled freelance technicians and crew. For help finding the right people for your production visit www.arricrew.com for the latest information on members experience or contact us for crew availability.
Insurance
Equipment can only be released by ARRI Media once the necessary insurance has been secured by the customer on all items hired.
Personal equipment
Personal equipment stored at ARRI Media is left at the owners risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during storage.
Prices
Please note all prices are exclusive of VAT.
Our minimum billing charge is £25.00 plus VAT.

Technicians

Where a technician also drives the equipment vehicle an additional charge of £65.00 applies, includes National Insurance contribution and administration fee.

Test rooms
ARRI Media provides comprehensive testing facilities to customers for equipment inspection or instruction. There is no charge for this service and we actively encourage crews to test with our equipment before a shoot. Please contact us for availability.
Transport
Our standard delivery/collection charge for the London area (within the M25 radius) is £80.00 each way. Price on request for delivery outside the London area.
